Study Programs

Beamdream Breathworks offers teacher training programs, advanced continuing education modules, self-paced video courses, and guided practice sessions in the field of conscious breathwork. The core teacher training portfolio is divided into three pathways that qualify graduates to lead individual and group breathwork sessions. The Selbstlern-Grundausbildung is a fully online, self-paced certification consisting of four modules centered on the proprietary Beambreath technique, priced at 1,990 euros. The Beamdream Basecamp follows a structured eight-week online format with five live video calls led by founder Corrina Holzner, live practice with direct feedback, a cohort limited to 12 participants, and a WhatsApp exchange group for 2,490 euros. Both online pathways award the certified title Breathwork & Beambreath Teacher without requiring a formal examination. The third pathway, The Beamdream Method, is an intensive one-year hybrid program priced at 4,440 euros and limited to eight participants annually. It combines comprehensive online study across six curriculum modules with two on-site practical retreats held in Burgenland, Austria, culminating in the title Beamdream Method Teacher. Graduates and external practitioners can expand their qualifications through the Teacher Academy, which provides specialized standalone online modules starting at 390 euros. Three of these modules require no prior training: Slow Breathing, which covers nervous-system-regulating breath techniques for 390 euros; In Balance, focusing on neurohormonal regulation through breath for women for 590 euros; and Breathwork für Kinder, dedicated to playful breath awareness for children for 390 euros. Two advanced modules require the foundation training or an equivalent breathwork background: Vision Breathing, which teaches connected breathing combined with breath retention for 390 euros, and Freemor Breathing, which combines conscious breathing with neurogenic tremors for 490 euros. All six modules together form the curriculum of The Beamdream Method and serve as the prerequisite for the Beamdream Praxis Trainer Program, a train-the-trainer qualification scheduled to launch in 2027. For personal practice and self-study, Beamdream Breathworks provides several digital video courses accessible online across the German-speaking region. Begin to Breathe is an introductory course featuring four modules, more than 25 videos, over four hours of instructional material, and guided sessions for Beambreath and Freemor Breathing, priced at a one-time fee of 147 euros. The follow-up course, Into the Deep, focuses on breath retention, Psychedelic Breath, and Vision Breathing across four modules and over four hours of video content for 147 euros. Both programs are also available together as an eight-module bundle titled Begin to Breathe + Into the Deep for 247 euros. Additional specialized courses include Oh, Baby, a 28-day daily video program supporting fertility and nervous system relaxation priced at 179 euros, and Bliss - Atmen für Schwangere, a free breathwork program designed specifically for pregnant women. A free three-day introductory online masterclass titled The Magic of Breathwork introduces newcomers to the foundations of breathwork. The provider also delivers recurring community formats and individual guidance. The monthly Beamdreamer membership costs 33 euros per month and includes access to an archive of over 14 hours of recorded sessions, a private community group, monthly live online sessions via Zoom, free access to public group sessions, and a 15 percent discount on courses and academy modules. Prospective students and clients can also book single guided breathwork sessions starting at 33 euros, conducted online via Zoom or on-site at select partner locations such as Perchtoldsdorf or KK Praxis Physiotherapie. For qualified breathwork teachers looking to establish their own professional practice, Beamdream Breathworks provides Golden Ring, an individualized one-on-one business mentorship program.
