Program Description
The Online Begin to Breathe Breathwork Course for Beginners introduces participants to conscious breathing methodologies for everyday nervous system regulation and stress reduction. Designed specifically for newcomers to breathwork, the course addresses fundamental physiological processes, safety parameters, and the foundational mechanisms connecting respiratory patterns to autonomic nervous system responses.
The curriculum is structured into four instructional modules covering basic physiology, safety considerations, tetany, and contraindications before progressing to practical exercises. Learners explore everyday regulatory techniques such as 1:2 calming breathing, box breathing for concentration, and activating breathing, followed by comprehensive training in Conscious Connected Breathing through Beambreath and neurogenic tremoring through Freemor Breathing.
Delivered fully online in a self-paced video format, the program consists of over 25 instructional videos totaling more than four hours of content. Students gain ongoing access to theory lessons alongside two complete guided practical sessions lasting 38 and 47 minutes respectively, allowing for self-directed integration into daily routines.
