Conny & Dado Online GmbH

Conny & Dado Online GmbH provides non-academic digital dance education through its Social Dancing Academy, designed both as independent distance learning and as supplementary training alongside local studio classes. The online curriculum consists of more than 3,000 structured video lessons and tutorial units, which include over 700 dedicated solo practice modules alongside partner lessons. The instructional content accommodates dancers at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, with approximately one quarter of the platform members consisting of active dance instructors using the materials for continuing pedagogical development. The academy curriculum covers more than ten distinct dance styles. Instruction is offered in Salsa across Cuban Style, On1, and On2; Bachata in Moderna, Sensual, and Bachatango styles; classical and standard Ballroom; Discofox and Hustle; Lindy Hop and Balboa; Tango Argentino; West Coast Swing; and Kizomba, including Urban Kiz. For each core discipline, the school supplies a structured Beginners Guide covering foundational moves and techniques, along with detailed building blocks for figures, solo footwork, and body movement drills. In addition to general style modules, the institution offers structured specialization courses and conceptual cross-style frameworks. Notable specialized offerings include the six-week Salsa Flow-Programm and the comprehensive Tanzgefühl-Komplett-Programm, which consists of seven specialized courses targeting foundational skills across all disciplines. These courses are built upon the proprietary 5-Star-Flow method, which systematically addresses dance flow, natural movement quality, partner connection, musicality, and creative styling or improvisation. The online learning experience is further augmented by weekly live streaming practice sessions hosted on Tuesday evenings and an archive of recorded streams. While online distance courses form the primary offering of the Social Dancing Academy, the founders also run a traditional on-site dance school in Graz across two physical locations with six dance halls, hosting in-person group courses, private lessons, and dance festivals. The founders have also trained instructors at the Österreichische Tanzlehrerakademie and presented at professional congresses. The institution does not award formal academic degrees such as bachelor's or master's degrees; its programs serve as non-formal dance training and continuing professional development.
