Program Description
The Online Social Dance and Partner Connection Course provides systematic instruction for dancers of all skill levels seeking to refine their partner connection, body movement, and floor craft. The curriculum addresses both individuals and couples across more than ten partner dance styles, including Salsa, Bachata, Discofox, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, Lindy Hop, Balboa, Ballroom, and Kizomba.
Instruction is organized around five core modules covering dance flow, functional movement mechanics, partner lead-and-follow communication, musicality analysis, and creative improvisation. The syllabus combines foundational footwork guides, level-based figure catalogs, and targeted drills designed to clarify posture, frame tension, and timing without reliance on rote sequence memorization.
The learning experience includes asynchronous on-demand video modules, standalone solo movement routines, downloadable level guides, and weekly live practice sessions hosted every Tuesday. Participants receive ongoing access through either monthly or annual membership plans, allowing flexible pacing alongside or independent of local studio training.
