Activ Campus GmbH & Co. KG operates the online children's yoga platform kids4yoga, which delivers physical activity, mindfulness, and relaxation programs designed specifically for children and families. The educational portfolio consists of digital movement courses, specialized continuing education workshops for educators, and professional children's yoga training programs. The pedagogical concept has been developed and refined since 2015, focusing on age-appropriate instruction of yoga postures, games, and breathing exercises. The central online offering is the kids4yoga online school, which combines self-paced learning with live distance instruction. Participants receive access to more than 50 hours of pre-produced video lessons that follow a systematic learning progression from easy to advanced movements. Each pre-recorded lesson follows a consistent structure, beginning with the warm-up game Sonne, Tiger, Brett, continuing with one to three new yoga postures (asanas), building up the Sun Salutation (Sonnengruss), and proceeding to interactive yoga games. Sessions conclude with breathing techniques, relaxation stories, and a ritualized singing bowl closing exercise called Stiller Koenig. The digital curriculum also includes bonus material such as Kundalini yoga journeys and gong sound sessions with instructor Kosta, as well as a specialized collaborative module called Pummeleinhorn Yoga, which incorporates the Pummeleinhorn character to emphasize self-love and individuality. Live online sessions complement the video library on a weekly basis. These interactive classes last 30 minutes and take place alternately on Mondays or Wednesdays between 17:00 and 17:30. For participants who cannot attend the real-time stream, each live session is recorded and made available in the digital member area for on-demand viewing. For adults, instructors, and educators working with children from age three upward, Activ Campus GmbH & Co. KG provides continuing professional development modules alongside its Kinderyoga-Ausbildungen (children's yoga instructor courses). These continuing education modules include the Atmung | Pranayama Fortbildung, which teaches three fundamental yoga breathing techniques adapted for young children, and the Chakren / Mudras Fortbildung, which focuses on integrating chakras and hand gestures (mudras) into children's classes. In addition to distance learning, the organization's movement and prevention concepts have an established presence in physical settings. Courses have been conducted on-site in dance and fitness studios as well as at more than 500 elementary schools across North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). Several of these children's movement and health prevention programs have earned certification from the Zentrale Pruefstelle Praevention (ZPP) as recognized health insurance courses under Section 20 of the German Social Code Book V (SGB V).
