Application Procedure
Webinaris GmbH provides access to its automated webinar platform on a commercial subscription basis without requiring technical prior knowledge or academic prerequisites. Users only need an uploaded video recording or a slide presentation to create and run their webinar funnels. The setup process is handled directly online, and initial setup takes roughly 30 minutes with support materials. The standard Flatrate plan costs 149 euros per month, or 99 euros per month when billed annually, and includes up to ten webinar funnels. For larger organizations, the VIP Flatrate costs 299 euros per month, or 199 euros per month under an annual billing agreement. This VIP package adds unlimited funnels, individual onboarding, conversion advice, and custom domain branding. All stated subscription prices exclude statutory value-added tax. Customers can change between subscription tiers at any time with a few clicks. Webinaris GmbH also provides free introductory online training sessions, such as the multi-hour seminar hosted by Alexander Riedl. Traditional student aid, including BAföG, state education vouchers, and academic scholarships, does not apply to these software plans.
