A core structured offering is the certified prevention program titled Pilates Online Präventionskurs - Kraft für einen gesunden Rücken. This course is certified under Section 20 SGB V, allowing participants to receive up to 100 percent cost reimbursement from statutory health insurance providers upon completion within twelve weeks. Structured into ten weekly video modules, the curriculum includes anatomical instruction, practical exercise sequences, handouts, and end-of-module quizzes. Additionally, the platform provides a dedicated nine-sequence Online Pilates Rückbildungskurs focused on postnatal recovery, pelvic floor strengthening, and rectus diastasis healing, created in collaboration with external specialists from Pilates Bern and Pilates Zürich. Beyond individual structured health courses, the platform provides access to twenty-three multi-day thematic programs, twelve guided challenges, and twenty specialized workshops. Named programs include Pilates für den Einstieg, Pilates von Fuß bis Kopf, Gesunder Rücken, and specialized focus sessions such as Frag die Profis: Rund um die Schulter. Application Procedure

Prospective participants can test the Pilates&Friends platform with a 14-day trial for 1 euro. Ongoing access is available through three subscription tiers: a monthly plan for 24 euros per month, a six-month plan billed at 126 euros, or an annual plan billed at 216 euros. Subscriptions can be canceled or paused in accordance with the chosen billing period, without long-term lock-in periods. Registration is completed entirely online by selecting a model, providing personal information, and entering payment details for immediate activation. Individual courses and specialized workshops can also be booked independently of a recurring subscription. The certified Online Pilates Präventionskurs costs a one-time fee of 150 euros and covers ten weekly modules. Admission to this prevention course requires participants to confirm the absence of acute musculoskeletal injuries, recent surgery, acute illnesses, or severe depressive episodes. To receive health insurance reimbursement, participants must complete all modules and quizzes within 12 weeks. Statutory health insurers in Germany reimburse between 80 percent and 100 percent of the course fee under Section 20 of the German Social Code, Book V. Additionally, the platform offers an Online Pilates Rückbildungskurs for a one-time fee of 195 euros.
