Programs are delivered through both online formats and on-site events. In the area of distance and digital learning, ZentAura offers the live online webinar Körperorientierte Tools für Präsenz und klare Körpersprache, also presented under the title Körperpräsenz in der pferdegestützten Arbeit. This live webinar spans four evening sessions totaling eight hours of instruction and is designed for educators working in equine-assisted interventions, coaches, trainers, and horse enthusiasts. Another online offering is the self-paced video course Stabil und präsent im Körper, also known as 5 Bausteine in deine Präsenz, which provides participants with five video modules on physical alignment, axis stability, and self-regulation accessible for six months. In addition, the provider offers Präsent & Sichtbar, a specialized holistic body coaching program delivered for self-employed women seeking confident body presence and clear expression when speaking on camera.
