Held in the southern Black Forest between March and October, the on-site Horse Dialogue Retreats use equine feedback alongside Voice Dialogue techniques to foster authentic presence, boundaries, and inner clarity. Another central program is the Ophelis Kraftpfad, a year-long guided personal development journey designed for women in executive, family business, or board roles. This 12-month program combines Horse Dialogue, Voice Dialogue, body awareness, archetype work, and communication training. Further specialized on-site formats cover team development and executive coaching at a dedicated facility equipped with an indoor arena and a covered outdoor kitchen. These programs include Teambuilding und Co-Kreation mit Pferden, Female Leadership group coaching, Female Leadership individual coaching, and Männliche Führungsstärke. Prior experience with horses is not required for any of the on-site seminars.
