The institution provides online seminars alongside hands-on classroom instruction across several regional centers in Germany. While practical massage and cosmetics certifications take place entirely on site in small groups, theoretical and business subjects, such as practice setup, marketing, and burnout coaching, are delivered live online via Zoom.

Study Programs

Medios Seminare GmbH does not offer academic degree programs such as bachelor, master, or MBA degrees. Instead, the institution provides vocational continuing education and certificate courses in wellness, massage therapy, fitness, cosmetics, and professional practice management. The educational structure is modular, allowing participants either to enroll in comprehensive multi-day qualification pathways or to select individual specialized workshops. Training leads to industry-recognized professional certificates, and for selected courses, English certificate translations can be issued for a fee of 25 euros. The institution's online learning catalog focuses on business startup skills, marketing, and health coaching delivered primarily as live one-day Zoom seminars. The Online Existenzgründung course equips prospective wellness studio owners and mobile massage therapists with knowledge on business registration, taxes, micro-business regulations, legal structures, and insurance. The Online-Marketing seminar covers social media, search platforms, chatbot customer communication, email campaigns, artificial intelligence guidelines, and general data protection compliance. In the health coaching domain, the Basisseminar Burnout & Mental Coaching teaches stress management, burnout prevention, crisis intervention, and coaching strategies. This coaching seminar is conducted as a live online training and can alternatively be completed as a distance learning course involving comprehensive PowerPoint study materials paired with a personal 90-minute one-on-one online coaching session. Medios Seminare has also designed an online seminar titled Body & Mind Performance covering habit transformation, physical exercise, and burnout prevention. The majority of hands-on physical therapy, massage, and cosmetic training takes place strictly on-site across multiple locations in Germany, including Berlin, Dortmund, Frankfurt and Offenbach, Hamburg and Bad Schwartau, Hannover, Stuttgart, and Munich at Tegernsee. Comprehensive on-site options include the five-day Massagetherapeut program, covering classical full-body massage, sports massage, taping, and trigger point treatment, as well as the five-day Wellnesstherapeut program, which includes hot stone massage, lava shells, foot reflexology, and cosmetic lymphatic drainage. Shorter practical courses range from one to four days, featuring basic full-body massage, sports massage, deep tissue techniques, and two-day Masterclass massage technique seminars focusing on the head, neck, lower spine, and pelvis. Foot reflexology is taught across foundation, advanced, and diagnostic modules. Selected practical courses are additionally taught in English, including the two-day Massage Practitioner training, a one-day Sports Massage course, and a one-day Trigger Point course, which together qualify participants for a Sports Masseur certificate. On-site offerings in cosmetics and specialized body treatments include the two-day Kosmetik-Basiskurs, which teaches skin diagnostics, product counseling, cleansing techniques, and facial massage. Additional hands-on body styling and beauty workshops encompass Brazilian lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, Maderotherapy, Gua Sha, Japanese Kobido facial massage, and sugaring hair removal. Fitness and preventive wellness courses include training for fascial trainers, health and prevention trainers, pregnancy massage, and hypno-coaching. Medios Seminare also organizes tailor-made on-site training sessions for spas, hotels, private therapy practices, and healthcare clinics.

Application Procedure

Most training courses at Medios Seminare GmbH do not require any prior knowledge or specific vocational qualifications. Participants must be at least 16 years old with parental consent or of legal adult age. For live-online seminars, requirements include good German language skills, a stable internet connection, a webcam, a microphone, and the Google Chrome browser. Course fees are all-inclusive final prices exempt from VAT, covering all training materials and certification. Tuition ranges from 180 euros for one-day online seminars to 950 euros for comprehensive programs such as Massagetherapeut or Wellnesstherapeut. Payment must be made via bank transfer within 14 days of invoicing and always prior to the start of class. Registrations completed less than 28 days before the seminar require immediate payment. Medios Seminare GmbH does not offer installment payment options. Contract revocations are handled within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by letter or email. Withdrawing up to 30 days before course commencement incurs a flat cancellation fee of 30 euros. A 50 percent fee applies for cancellations submitted between 29 and 15 days before the start date. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before class begins require the full 100 percent course fee. Participants can optionally protect against cancellation costs through ERGO Reiseversicherung AG.
