The Master Fitnesstrainer program combines all five individual licenses into a single curriculum that encompasses training theory, advanced program design, nutrition planning, and medical fitness concepts. To address commercial and entrepreneurial skills, the academy offers the Personal Trainer Business Coaching, which instructs students in client acquisition, marketing strategies, service pricing, and self-employment setup. The All-in-One Ausbildungs-Paket unites the complete Master Fitnesstrainer curriculum with the Personal Trainer Business Coaching, providing an end-to-end framework intended to take career changers into professional self-employment within three to twelve months, or up to eighteen months depending on individual learning speed. Access to digital course materials does not expire, allowing participants to progress without rigid deadlines. While coursework is completed online, certain components take place on-site. Practical examinations are administered in person by instructors across various locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including Regensburg, Munich, Leipzig, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, Hannover, Vienna, and Lucerne. Furthermore, enrolled students have the option to attend free, multi-day networking and lecture seminars hosted on-site at the academy's headquarters in Regensburg two to three times per year. All courses and licenses are state-approved by the Staatliche Zentralstelle für Fernunterricht (ZFU), and the academy is certified under AZAV by DEKRA, qualifying its programs for education vouchers (Bildungsgutschein) through the German Federal Employment Agency. Successfully completed courses result in institutional certificates that hold lifetime validity without renewal requirements, and graduates may request English-language versions of their certificates for international career use.

Because KAF Akademie is certified by DEKRA under AZAV standards, courses qualify for up to 100 percent funding through an education voucher from the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. In the event that a student does not pass an examination, the test may be retaken up to three times.
