Study Programs

JyotiMa Flak provides a portfolio of online continuing education programs, mentoring, and digital courses designed for coaches, therapists, creators, and subject-matter experts. The portfolio centers on business development, guiding professionals in converting their individual expertise and one-on-one client services into scalable digital products and automated online businesses. None of the programs confer academic degrees such as bachelor's or master's degrees, nor do they include state vocational credentials. Instead, the curriculum focuses entirely on entrepreneurial skill-building, online course creation, and digital marketing. A core training format is the Katsching-Akademie plus Mentoring, a comprehensive program that supports practitioners in establishing an automated online business infrastructure. Participants in this academy work on business positioning, social media strategy, technical implementation, high-ticket offer design, and subscription or membership models. Another distinct instructional program is the Minikurs Hot Cake Methode, which provides step-by-step training on conceiving, structuring, and launching targeted mini-courses and digital products that solve specific client problems. Complementing the longer mentoring programs, JyotiMa Flak provides focused workshops and self-study materials. These include the workshop Vom Wissen zum Freiheitsbusiness, which demonstrates how to structure digital offers, gain clients systematically, and establish sales funnels. Prospective and enrolled learners can also access structured written guides, such as the 46-page publication Das große Freiheitsbusiness-Workbook. Course units across the portfolio utilize digital formats including video lessons, audio sessions, checklists, and downloadable PDF materials. All educational offerings from JyotiMa Flak operate completely online through distance learning, with no on-site instruction or mandatory physical presence. The learning structure allows participants to access modules, course materials, and video tutorials remotely. The subject areas covered across all courses remain centered on positioning, target group identification, video marketing, sales funnel creation, and digital product launching.
