Designed for cosmeticians, career changers, and healthcare professionals such as doctors and pharmacists, the course requires an average weekly study commitment of approximately 8.5 hours. The educational portfolio centers entirely on preventative women's health, functional lab interpretation, and holistic skin and metabolic consulting. The curriculum comprises 11 sequential core modules alongside three practical bonus modules, encompassing more than 55 hours of video content, templates, checklists, and case studies. Core subjects cover the fundamentals of the proprietary method, holistic metabolic systems, corneotherapeutic skin evaluation, and structured health anamnesis. Students learn to evaluate blood markers, stool analyses, and breath tests such as SIBO and IMO without delivering medical diagnoses. Further modules explore nutrient medicine, natural regulation of metabolic imbalances, dietary resets, and lifestyle management, including stress profiles and coaching tools. The accompanying bonus units provide guidance on business foundation, contracts, client communication, and access to partner laboratory test kits. The distance learning offering is officially approved by the German central office for distance learning under ZFU registration number 7570426. To complete the training, participants must pass an online final examination consisting of over 60 multiple-choice questions, which allows two attempts and requires an 80 percent score to receive the Gesundhaut certificate. Application Procedure

Admission to the distance learning program Skin & Health Expert at Gesundhaut GmbH does not require formal prior medical or health coaching experience. Flexible installment payment options are offered and can be individually arranged during the personal analysis consultation. The fee covers eighteen months of access to the online learning platform and six months of personal support and feedback. Graduates who choose to take the optional external personal certification examination through TÜV Rheinland pay an additional net fee of 799 EUR.
