Axel Baeumling PlayersHUB

Axel Baeumling PlayersHUB specializes in esports coaching and gaming education focused on League of Legends. The organization does not offer traditional university degree programs such as bachelor's or master's degrees. Instead, its portfolio consists of five core educational formats: digital video subscriptions through its Academy, one-on-one personal coaching, vocational coach training, intensive on-site bootcamps, and free educational livestreams. The PlayersHUB Academy is a distance learning format that provides digital access to more than 260 video courses. These self-paced courses cover all game lanes and champion roles, catering to beginner players through high-ranking Diamond participants. Academy members receive weekly content updates, champion guides, structured replay analyses, supervised play sessions, and Saturday Academy events. In addition, the organization provides personalized online coaching sessions where professional coaches conduct detailed gameplay and replay analyses to identify tactical errors and improve strategic decision-making. For participants seeking professional qualification, PlayersHUB offers an online vocational coaching program known as the Ausbildung. This training track runs for six to eight months and prepares participants, referred to as HUBzubi, to become qualified League of Legends coaches. The curriculum covers student communication, high-level gameplay mastery, self-employment skills, and basic tax management. The program tuition is 4,000 euros, and participants have the opportunity to earn back their tuition fees through conducting coaching sessions during their training period. The institution also delivers an on-site program called HUBCamps. These intensive in-person training camps last three days of active coaching, or five days including travel, arrival, and departure. During the camps, coaches supervise players directly at the venue to help them achieve their target rank. The on-site facility provides high-end gaming equipment, Noblechairs gaming chairs, three single rooms, and one double room for accommodation. In addition to these formal tracks, PlayersHUB publishes daily free online content, including live coaching broadcasts, high-ranking gameplay, and a League of Legends glossary across YouTube and Twitch.
