3E GbR

About the Company

3E GbR organizes the Erlebt Event series, delivering personal development programs rooted in Christian values. Founded by Andreas Neufeld and Tobias Essinger, the organization combines physical gatherings in locations such as Lage and Hanau with digital learning formats. Its educational offer is delivered both on site and online, featuring in-person stage conferences alongside a digital premium membership area that provides recorded presentations, podcasts, and coach listings.

Study Programs

3E GbR does not offer academic degree programs such as bachelor's, master's, or MBA degrees, nor does it provide formal vocational certifications or language courses. Instead, the provider concentrates on personal development from a Christian perspective. The portfolio consists of event-based personal development and digital community offerings rather than structured academic curricula. These offerings address personal growth, Christian faith, purposeful living, and networking. The primary on-site format is the Erlebt Event, a live gathering focused on personal development and Christian values. The event schedule features presentations from various keynote speakers, interviews, stage segments, exhibitor stands, and networking sessions. Past gatherings have taken place on-site in Hanau, and a future edition is scheduled on-site in Lage near Bielefeld on March 21, 2026. On-site childcare is organized during the event to support attending families. For remote access, 3E GbR offers the Erlebt Event Premium Membership. This online format provides access to an exclusive digital member area hosted on the DigiMember platform, where participants can watch recordings and presentations from the Erlebt Event online. Premium members also receive access to an online expert marketplace featuring offerings from coaches, consultants, and service providers. Complementary media includes the Erlebt Podcast, distributed via Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Podtail, as well as downloadable keynote materials.
