Online Vocational Trainer Certification (AEVO / IHK) Program

This program is designed for aspiring instructors, supervisors, specialists, and self-employed professionals aiming to acquire official certification as vocational trainers under the German Trainer Aptitude Regulation (AEVO). Participants develop the essential pedagogical, legal, and organizational capabilities needed to guide apprentices effectively and foster workforce talent across diverse business sectors.

The curriculum covers four comprehensive fields of action in accordance with national examination standards: evaluating training prerequisites and planning vocational instruction, preparing training frameworks and recruiting apprentices, conducting practical teaching sessions, and successfully concluding apprenticeships. Practical case studies, presentation modules, and comprehensive exam simulations reinforce regulatory frameworks and educational techniques.

Learning is structured flexibly via guided distance study with digital workbooks, learning software, access to the digital campus, and direct tutor feedback. The program incorporates the award-winning AI learning assistant KILEA alongside an optional supplementary in-person or online event, preparing students systematically for the external Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) examination.

This program is open to all learners without specific prerequisites. Enrollment is available directly through the institution's website.
