Program Description
This program develops cognitive and behavioral strategies to manage stress, navigate personal and professional challenges, and strengthen psychological resilience. It is designed for working professionals and individuals seeking structured, scientifically grounded techniques to prevent burnout, cultivate emotional regulation, and maintain composure during periods of change or demanding circumstances.
The eight-week curriculum explores the seven recognized protective pillars of resilience: acceptance, personal responsibility, self-efficacy, network orientation, solution orientation, future orientation, and optimism. Participants systematically examine each protective factor through weekly modules covering practical cognitive reframing, problem analysis, goal alignment, and intentional boundary setting in everyday situations.
The training is delivered entirely online through an asynchronous learning portal with six months of full access. The curriculum includes 16 instructional video units, an accompanying 100-page digital workbook with reflective exercises, and eight downloadable guided audio meditations requiring approximately one hour of weekly study. The course is certified as a preventative health program under Section 20 SGB V in Germany.
