Students customize their qualification through eleven specialized elective tracks, such as Vocational Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Economics, Diversity Management, or Political Science, complemented by a one-week practical teaching internship and a research-oriented master thesis.

Delivered completely online through evening live virtual lectures, multimedia digital learning materials, and recorded sessions, the program requires no mandatory on-campus attendance. Flexible exam scheduling across twelve testing dates per year and a complimentary twelve-month extension option ensure students can seamlessly balance academic advancement with full-time professional responsibilities.

Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree with at least 180 ECTS in economics or business administration, or complete a preparatory economics certificate if holding a non-business degree. Candidates must demonstrate English language proficiency at the B2 level; applicants aiming for the teacher traineeship (Vorbereitungsdienst) in Baden-Württemberg also need a first degree in business administration and at least twelve months of relevant work experience.
