Program Description

This program is designed for project managers, product owners, team leaders, and innovation facilitators seeking to master the five-day Design Sprint methodology. Participants learn how to lead agile innovation processes, align multidisciplinary teams, and guide organizations through rapid problem-framing, idea validation, and strategic decision-making. The curriculum accommodates both newcomers to agile frameworks and experienced practitioners wanting to formalize their facilitation skills.

The curriculum encompasses 13 comprehensive web-based training modules that follow the entire Design Sprint cycle. Learners examine the foundational principles and preparation phases before progressing day by day through problem framing, solution sketching, decision-making, rapid prototyping, and user testing. The coursework also explores advanced sprint variations, custom tailoring for distinct organizational contexts, and strategies for conducting remote sprints effectively.

Delivered completely online through modern web-based training, the program features 56 professional video lessons, interactive self-assessment quizzes, and a complete facilitation starter kit containing practical templates and presentation slides. Students receive continuous support from the course instructors, who work in practice, participate in monthly live sessions to address real-world application challenges, and utilize the award-winning AI learning assistant KILEA alongside the SGD OnlineCampus. Upon passing the final written exam, graduates earn the SGD certificate Design Sprint Coach.
