The curriculum encompasses medical foundations, detailing symptoms, prevalence, diagnostics, and risk factors of neurodegenerative disorders. Learners explore effective non-pharmacological interventions, tailored communication methodologies, and comprehensive activity planning for individuals experiencing cognitive decline. In addition, the coursework covers critical legal frameworks surrounding elder care, patient rights, and guardianship legislation, alongside essential modules dedicated to caregiver resilience and professional self-care.
