This distance learning program qualifies aspiring real estate professionals and career changers to master the commercial, legal, and operational management of residential and commercial properties. Designed for individuals with foundational commercial or technical training, the curriculum equips learners with industry-standard expertise to handle complex property portfolios, coordinate with property owners, and supervise maintenance operations effectively.

The curriculum covers general and real estate law, tenancy and lease regulations, condominium ownership law (WEG), and public procurement rules for construction works. Students study managerial accounting, marketing, team leadership, and facility management while analyzing four practical case studies, applying specialized software such as WISO Hausverwalter 365 Plus to real-world administrative challenges.

Delivered through a flexible digital format, the program combines structured study booklets with 24/7 access to the online learning platform and the AI-driven study assistant KILEA. Learners benefit from personal tutor guidance, comprehensive assignment feedback, and a free extension of the study period from 13 to up to 22 months, concluding with the SGD final certificate (Abschlusszeugnis) and, after a written exam, the SGD certificate; according to the SGD, the course meets the statutory continuing education obligation under the German Brokers and Developers Ordinance (MaBV).
