Online Baby Swimming Instructor Certification

This program qualifies educators, swim instructors, physiotherapists, midwives, and sports professionals to independently plan and conduct developmentally appropriate baby swimming courses. Participants learn to safely introduce infants and their parents to water environments, fostering motor coordination, sensory perception, and emotional parent-child bonding from the first months of life.

The curriculum encompasses early childhood developmental milestones, the physical properties of water, age-appropriate holding techniques, and water acclimatization exercises. Participants study structured class scheduling with a complete ten-week course plan, handling challenging situations, and vital safety considerations, including hygiene standards, supervision obligations, and accident prevention protocols.

Delivered through a flexible digital learning platform, the training provides on-demand access to over forty instructional theory and exercise videos alongside downloadable workbooks. Completion of an online knowledge test combined with a mandatory verification of five observed baby swimming course sessions leads to a lifetime instructor license verified by the DG-PG quality seal.

Practical experience working with infants and in swimming environments is recommended. Prior to starting instructional activities, candidates should hold infant first aid certification and a lifesaving bronze badge. Registration is completed directly through the academy website.
