Program Description
This program addresses individuals experiencing temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD/CMD) and related symptoms such as jaw clenching, teeth grinding, headaches, neck tightness, and associated postural strain. The curriculum is designed to guide participants through self-guided physical exercises and lifestyle adjustments that can be integrated into daily routines alongside standard therapeutic care.
The instructional content covers anatomical backgrounds of the jaw joint, myofascial connections, and symptom evaluation. Practical segments consist of follow-along movement sequences divided across seven functional categories, addressing jaw mobilization, muscle release, neck stabilization, and targeted stress-reduction methods. Participants are also instructed on how to structure an individualized daily exercise routine.
Instruction is delivered entirely online through a self-paced video format comprising approximately 60 follow-along exercise sessions recorded in real time. Enrollees receive immediate 24/7 access to the learning portal, an accompanying structured email guidance series, and entry to a private discussion group for peer exchange and therapist recommendations.
