Online Somatic Color Wheel and Floor Anchor Coaching Course

This program is designed for coaches, therapists, and practitioners who work with the Color Wheel of Inner Living Spaces method and wish to add experiential, body-oriented techniques to their practice. The curriculum focuses on translating cognitive insights into physical perception and actionable steps, enabling clients to engage actively with identified life domains using spatial floor anchors and intuitive color selections.

Participants learn structured facilitation protocols starting from initial awareness and physical sensing to embodied movement and realistic everyday implementation. The training includes a 47-page workbook with guidance for preparing physical spaces and practitioner posture, exercises to transition clients from thinking into sensing, structured facilitation steps for five floor anchors, specific reflective inquiry prompts for 13 distinct colors, and guidelines for inclusive application with seated or mobility-impaired clients.

Course delivery takes place through a protected online platform providing self-paced access to digital documents and instructional audio tracks. Materials include printable DIN-A4 colored floor anchors, client integration bookmarks across 13 colors, process worksheets for session documentation, and three audio modules detailing practitioner stance, session preparation, and safe process guidance.
