Online Refugee and Integration Assistance Certificate Course

The Online Refugee and Integration Assistance Certificate Course prepares participants to actively guide, support, and accompany immigrants and refugees through social and bureaucratic integration processes. The curriculum is tailored for volunteers, professionals in social, medical, or administrative sectors seeking specialized expertise, as well as individuals planning a career shift into immigration services or social work. Participants gain essential knowledge to navigate complex migration frameworks while fostering community inclusion.

Core coursework spans key legal foundations, intercultural communication, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed support practices. Students examine daily integration logistics, including bureaucratic appointments, educational tutoring methods, donation coordination, and public relations. In addition to mandatory units covering non-violent communication and self-care strategies to prevent burnout, learners can access elective modules covering unaccompanied minor care, team leadership, integration support networks, and German language tutoring.

Delivered through a flexible digital study center alongside printed workbooks, the program enables students to study at their own pace with comprehensive instructor guidance and an intelligent AI learning assistant. Participants submit practical assignments online and receive detailed feedback from subject-matter experts. Upon successful completion of all coursework, graduates receive the state-approved institutional certificate, verifying their expertise in modern integration assistance.

This program is open to all learners without specific prerequisites. Basic computer equipment with internet access is required to access digital study materials. Enrollment is available directly through the institution's website.
