The Online Psychosomatic and Somatic Clinical Practice CME Bundle provides physicians across all specialties as well as psychotherapists with clinical knowledge for managing complex psychosomatic presentations. The curriculum focuses on diagnosing and treating persistent physical symptoms, fatigue, sleep disturbances, chronic pain, and anxiety within somatic healthcare settings.

The curriculum encompasses five structured modules addressing essential clinical competencies. Participants explore guideline-oriented basic care for functional body complaints, risk-oriented diagnostic pathways for fatigue and post-exertional malaise, evidence-based management of insomnia and daytime sleepiness, pathophysiological classification and non-pharmacological care for primary chronic pain, and targeted screening protocols for anxiety and panic disorders in somatic consultations.

Instruction is delivered through an asynchronous self-study format consisting of narrated learning videos, accompanying text assignments using primary medical sources, downloadable clinical PDF summary sheets, and automated single-choice quizzes for each module. Participants retain 90 days of digital access per module and receive accredited CME certificates certified by the Medical Association of Lower Saxony upon completing each unit.
