Program Description

The Online Postnatal Recovery and Pelvic Floor Training is designed for women seeking a structured, home-based physical recovery program following childbirth. The course addresses mothers starting approximately six to eight weeks postpartum after receiving medical clearance from their gynecologist. It aims to support postpartum recovery, strengthen core and pelvic structures, and ease the physical transition back into daily activities and sports.

The curriculum is structured as a progressive eight-week schedule addressing pelvic floor stabilization, rectus diastasis recovery, and full-body functional movement. Core exercise modules focus on deep abdominal and back muscles, coordinating movement with breathing, and progressive conditioning for the gluteal and leg muscles. In addition to recovery exercises, the curriculum includes guided daily stretching sequences designed to alleviate muscular tension associated with carrying and nursing a baby.

Instruction is delivered entirely via on-demand video lessons comprising more than seven hours of material, accompanied by downloadable PDF training schedules. Workouts require no specialized gym equipment and can be executed using body weight and basic household items. Participants receive access to the course portal for twenty-four months across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, enabling flexible, self-paced training from home.
