Online Learning Coach Certificate Program

The Online Learning Coach Certificate Program empowers professionals to support individuals through structured, evidence-based learning strategies and targeted intervention methods. Designed specifically for school educators, in-company trainers, social pedagogues, and educational counselors, this qualification prepares participants to guide learners through motivational blocks, transition phases, and individual developmental delays. By combining pedagogical insight with modern advisory methodologies, participants acquire the tools to facilitate sustainable academic and professional development.

The curriculum encompasses 25 ECTS of rigorous coursework divided into foundational pedagogy, learning counseling, and intervention techniques for learning difficulties. Participants explore life-span developmental psychology and general psychology with a dedicated focus on learning mechanisms, emotion, and intrinsic motivation. In addition, the program trains professionals to recognize and address specific learning challenges such as ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and exceptional giftedness, translating scientific diagnostic principles into actionable counseling practices.

Delivered entirely online through a flexible distance learning platform, the program adapts seamlessly to professional and personal commitments. Learners engage with interactive study modules, digital exercises, and specialized software tools including Microsoft Office 365 and digital academic libraries. Academic performance is assessed through two written assignments and three examinations, culminating in a university certificate whose credits can be fully applied toward relevant bachelor's degree programs at AKAD University.

This program is open to all learners without specific formal prerequisites, making enrollment accessible to both established professionals and career changers. Prior pedagogical experience or professional practice in education and counseling is advantageous for practical transfer. Registration can be completed directly through the institution's online application portal.
