The Online Industrial Robotics Specialist Course prepares technical specialists to design, program, and operate modern industrial robots within smart manufacturing environments. Tailored for automation technicians, PLC programmers, manufacturing engineers, and mechanical engineering specialists, this course enables participants to expand their technical capabilities into advanced kinematics and automated multi-robot configurations.
The comprehensive 25 ECTS curriculum is structured across specialized modules focusing on core robotics, multi-robot systems, machine vision, industrial robot programming, and smart factory architecture. Students master programming concepts such as KRL, NC machine programming under DIN 66025, trajectory planning simulations, agent-based modeling, and industrial image processing for automated quality control and object detection.
Learning takes place flexibly via the modern AKAD online campus, supported by premier software including MATLAB, Microsoft Office 365, and digital academic libraries.
