Online Hypnobreath and Breathwork Instructor Certification

This program provides comprehensive professional instruction in combining resource-oriented hypnosis with functional breathwork and targeted audio design. Designed for coaches, hypnotherapists, bodyworkers, and career changers, the curriculum teaches practitioners how to guide both individual clients and groups through structured breathing patterns and hypnotic suggestions. Participants acquire the methodology needed to design, lead, and publish their own audio sessions safely and effectively.

The curriculum is structured into eight focused modules spanning foundational theory and practical implementation. Participants study the biochemistry of respiration, carbon dioxide tolerance, and nasal breathing techniques alongside foundational and advanced hypnotherapy principles. Further modules address scriptwriting mechanics, vocal cadence, session sequencing, group moderation logistics for in-person and digital settings, sound mixing requirements, and practical business models for client acquisition.

Instruction is delivered through a digital learning platform with approximately three to four hours of flexible study per week over six weeks, supported by at least three years of course access. The format includes an interactive two-day live kick-off session via Zoom, monthly group consultation calls, voice workshops, script feedback, and technical mastering of the student's debut audio track. Completion leads to an instructor certificate and licensing rights to the proprietary Hypnobreath methodology.

Prospective students complete a brief online suitability check followed by an introductory consultation call before enrolling. Upon acceptance, registration and booking are completed directly through the digital platform.
