Program Description

The Online Happiness Booster Mindfulness and Resilience Course for Youth provides a structured mental health and personal development foundation for children and adolescents aged eleven and older, as well as interested parents and educators. The program aims to foster emotional regulation, concentration, and practical coping mechanisms for navigating school and personal stress. Participants learn how to build internal stability, navigate peer relationships constructively, and establish healthy everyday routines.

The curriculum spans twenty-one daily modules focusing on practical self-regulation tools, stress reduction methods, and positive affirmations. Course content includes guided meditation sessions, relaxation practices, sleep support techniques, and creative exercises to foster calm and self-confidence. In addition, the program incorporates two specialized yoga sessions, guidance on assisting peers in difficult situations, and basic nutritional recipes designed to support physical and mental vitality.

Delivered entirely online, the course consists of twenty-two audio recordings, three instructional videos, two downloadable PDF guides, and a completion certificate. A new exercise requiring approximately ten minutes is unlocked each day over the course of three weeks. Learners retain continuous access to all materials upon completion, allowing them to revisit individual practices and integrate the exercises into their long-term routines.
