Online Driver Accident Prevention Regulations Training (UVV)

Program Description
The Online Driver Accident Prevention Regulations Training (UVV) delivers mandatory annual safety instruction for employees operating company vehicles and shared fleet cars. Structured in accordance with Section 12 of the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG) and DGUV Regulation 70, the training provides the necessary legal compliance and workplace safety knowledge for modern commercial driving environments.
The curriculum addresses regulatory principles, pre-departure vehicle inspection routines, and standardized inspection checklists. Learners study cargo securing techniques, defensive driving, situational awareness, and ergonomic driver seating posture. Additional lessons analyze reaction times, braking distance calculations, administrative infractions, and correct protocols at accident scenes.
Instruction is provided in a fully digital, self-paced video format supplemented by modular quick-check quizzes after each thematic unit. Participants finalize the course by taking a standardized assessment test to complete statutory documentation requirements for employers and occupational accident insurance providers.
