Program Description
This program introduces children aged two and a half and older, together with their families, to the basics of movement, rhythm, and dance expression. Designed for home environments, the course fosters body awareness, physical coordination, and imaginative play through structured, age-appropriate dance routines.
The curriculum encompasses thematic modules focusing on varied creative concepts, including underwater environments, weather phenomena and seasons, animal imitation movements, fundamental ballet postures, and movement-based poetry. In addition to guided choreography, a dedicated dance dictionary provides foundational exercises to support healthy posture and fundamental motor skill development.
Instruction is delivered entirely online through on-demand video modules comprising ten thematic lessons of roughly ten minutes each, alongside bonus tutorial footage. Participants receive unlimited access to all audiovisual recordings across common digital devices, accompanied by a downloadable PDF collection of dance rhymes and curated music practice playlists.
