Online Certified Vocational and Continuing Education Pedagogue Program (IHK)

This program qualifies professionals to plan, direct, and optimize corporate vocational training and adult continuing education programs at the DQR Level 6 Bachelor equivalent tier. Designed for experienced workplace instructors, HR developers, corporate lecturers, and educational consultants, the curriculum develops leadership capabilities for guiding apprentices, training specialists, and designing company-wide qualification strategies.

The comprehensive curriculum is divided into core examination areas encompassing learning processes, educational counseling, and pedagogical planning. Students explore developmental psychology, didactics in the workplace, learning coaching, special developmental needs, modern instructional media design, and legal frameworks governing vocational training. Additional coursework covers training demand analysis, corporate qualification systems, assessment methodologies, examination design, and educational quality management.

Instruction combines digital and printed study booklets with interactive digital flashcards and the KILEA artificial intelligence study companion accessible via the Online Study Center. Learners participate in intensive live webinars dedicated to practical simulations and rigorous IHK exam preparation while receiving continuous evaluation and guidance from specialized remote tutors.

Admission requires a completed vocational qualification in a recognized three-year training occupation followed by at least one year of relevant professional experience, or another vocational qualification with two years of experience. Candidates must also hold trainer qualification credentials according to the Trainer Aptitude Regulation (AEVO) or an equivalent pedagogical credential. Enrollment can be completed directly through the institution's digital registration service.
