Program Description
This course is designed for design engineers, planners, architects, civil engineers, and technical draftsmen seeking to transition efficiently from AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT to BricsCAD 2D. The curriculum provides technical guidance to help professionals transfer their established drafting workflows directly into the BricsCAD environment without productivity loss.
The curriculum is structured across three technical modules covering user interface navigation, system configurations, and operational differences. Participants explore user profiles, tool palettes, dynamic coordinate systems, the Quad cursor menu, and interface customization before configuring display styles, lineweights, templates, and plot styles. Advanced lessons examine layer controls, external references, block attributes, the Blockify command, drawing health diagnostics, and the Drawing Explorer.
Instruction is delivered through 35 on-demand video lessons organized into sequential units for self-directed study. Enrolled participants receive around-the-clock digital platform access for three months to complete the exercises and master the software at their preferred schedule.
