Online AZAV Process Definition and Documentation Course

Program Description
The Online AZAV Process Definition and Documentation Course provides quality managers, education providers, and training coordinators with the knowledge needed to establish process-oriented management structures in accordance with AZAV standards. Participants learn the functional necessity of process-oriented documentation within the German Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion and acquire the skills to develop transparent operational workflows individually or collaboratively with colleagues.
The curriculum comprises eight instructional lessons covering the core principles of AZAV processes, the creation of process houses, and the drafting of overall process landscapes. Additional lessons instruct learners on scoping process frameworks using canvas models, establishing sequential process steps, visualizing workflows without high-cost software, and reviewing the primary AZAV-mandated standard processes through detailed reference texts.
Delivered in a flexible digital format, the course includes eight video and text lessons with a total runtime of approximately 44 minutes, supplemented by 18 downloadable templates and working aids. Learners receive 90 days of platform access upon purchase, enabling self-paced study with the option of subsequent access extensions.
