Online Ayurvedic Baby Massage Instructor Course

The Online Ayurvedic Baby Massage Instructor Course prepares parents, caregivers, and wellness professionals to practice and teach traditional Ayurvedic infant massage, known as Kumara-Abhyanga. The curriculum connects foundational Ayurvedic principles of dosha balance and sensory development with supportive touch techniques designed for infants. Participants acquire the knowledge necessary to apply these methods in private settings or to instruct mothers and fathers in professional group classes.

Structured across six detailed modules, the training covers Ayurvedic constitutional theory, child developmental phases, and the recognition of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha characteristics in children. Practical units demonstrate systematic massage routines for the abdomen, front, and back, alongside facial massage techniques. The syllabus also addresses oil selection, childhood nutrition, traditional samskaras, and targeted Ayurvedic methods for common discomforts such as colic, teething, and restlessness, while providing guidance on seminar design and rhetoric.

Delivered through a flexible e-learning format, the training allows participants to study self-paced theoretical lessons and follow structured practical video demonstrations. Comprehensive downloadable materials support learning retention and serve as reference manuals for designing independent workshops. Participants obtain direct access to all instructional modules upon enrollment through the digital platform.

This program is open to all learners without specific prerequisites. Enrollment is available directly through the institution's website.
